The District 21 Health Center aims to provide comprehensive primary and preventative physical, mental and educational health services for children and adolescents within our school district. These services are meant to improve the social/emotional, cultural and physical health of these groups, as well as the educational environment. The services offered at the D21 Health Center will be similar to services provided at an immediate care center. All medical and mental health appointments, including on-site testing services, will be of no cost to the patient/caregiver.

Your generous support will bring health care directly to the school environment, thereby addressing barriers to access, including cost and stigma, ensuring that all students have equitable opportunities to receive timely and appropriate health care services.
