Amber Webb
Amber is a seasoned executive, a Northwestern Kellogg alum, with international experience in Fortune 100 healthcare companies: Abbott, Baxter, Merck, ITW. She accelerates the social impact of business. Her functional expertise is global and digital marketing, business development, and philanthropy.
Amber grows underrepresented brands and markets of the world and maximizes resources. She most recently was the Vice President of Development for a nonprofit organization, the Metropolitan Planning Council, that focuses on nonpartisan policy interventions that will result in a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive future for everyone in the Chicago Region.
Amber is an alumnus of both Northwestern University and Northwestern Kellogg. She is a Nonprofit Management Executive Scholar and a Fellow of the Allstate Foundation Nonprofit Executive Leadership program. She was a recipient of the 2019 POWER 50 Award by the Illinois Diversity Council. Amber is a native of the south side of Chicago.
Amber’s boardroom and advisory experience includes serving as the Membership Committee Chair for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA), an 11,000 member nonprofit. She served as the Market Research Committee Chair for Abbott Laboratories’ 35,000 member Women’s Business Resource Group. Amber is an investor and an Advisor to a startup Private Equity Exchange, Next Gen Capital (NGC).
