Nonprofit and social enterprise leaders are often deeply committed to developing others. Yet the pressure of urgent demands often pulls us back into advice-giving, over-controlling, or doing the work ourselves.
This workshop introduces a practical Leader-as-Coach mindset and skill set that helps you:
