The Lake County Community Foundation (LCCF) is launching the Technical Assistance (TA) Fund, a new pilot initiative designed to strengthen the effectiveness, sustainability and impact of local nonprofits. Offered through LCCF’s Leadership Development & Capacity Building Program, the TA Fund serves as an umbrella for multiple forms of capacity-building support. The fund currently includes:

• Capacity Building Grants
• Fundraising Coaching

Future phases may expand to include additional areas of nonprofit capacity building via access to subject matter experts. As a pilot, LCCF will assess engagement and outcomes to ensure the fund evolves in ways that are most responsive and useful to Lake County nonprofits.
